Delivery & installation
We schedule around your operations, position the machine for workflow and access, connect water and waste where required, and commission every drink recipe before we leave.
Commissioning & calibration
Grinder calibration, milk line flush, water hardness programming, and menu setup — so the first cup from your team matches the last.
Staff training
Hands-on sessions for daily operation, cleaning cycles, and simple troubleshooting. We leave you with confidence — not a thick manual nobody reads.
Ongoing support
Help when you need it for faults and technical issues — coordinating diagnostics, warranty claims where applicable, and engineer attendance for breakdowns. Day-to-day topping up of beans, milk, and consumables stays with your team.
After installation
Your team tops up beans, milk powder, and consumables on site following the machine's daily cleaning routine. Milanto does not offer visits simply to refill machines or restock supplies.
For any urgent issues our support team can diagnose faults and schedule engineer visits when required. Our technicians carry common parts and we work directly with the manufacturers for a speedy resolution.
